Will You be Offering Childcare?
Yes, childcare for ages 3-12 will be offered at both the preconference and conference! Childcare for the preconference will be at the preconference location (The Mount Church, just 5 minutes from the Answers Center). Childcare for our conference will be hosted on site at the Ark Encounter in the Answers Center.
Where will the Preconference be Held?
The preconference will be held just down the road from the Ark Encounter at The Mount Church, 400 Eibeck Ln, Williamstown, KY 41097
Which Airport Should I Fly Into?
The closest airport to the Ark Encounter is the Cincinnati airport (CVG), just a 45 minute drive from the Ark. Other options: the Lexington airport (LEX) is a 60 minute drive and the Louisville airport (SDF) is 90 minutes from the Ark Encounter.
When I get to the Ark Encounter, where should I park?
When you arrive, please park in the main parking lot and head toward the ticketing area. From there you will be welcomed by one of our staff who will give you a wristband and guide you toward the shuttle that will take you to the Answers Center! This process can take up to 20 minutes, so please plan accordingly.
What Meals are Included with my Registration?
With the price of registration you will receive a boxed lunch on Friday and dinner at our Alumni and Friends Benefit Banquet on Saturday night. Additional snack and meal options are available for purchase throughout the Ark Encounter grounds.
Can I Tour the Ark while I'm at the Conference?
This year, our Annual Conference attendees will be given the option to add Ark Encounter tickets to their Conference registrations at a special rate. You can find out more details on our “Ark Encounter” page.
